With a pasta board, you can create authentic pasta shapes like gnocchi, garganelli, cavatelli, and many more. The included round rod is ideal for shaping pasta with holes like garganelli. The grooves created by the pasta board ensure that the sauce adheres better to the pasta, thus intensifying the flavor.

The pasta board is made from regional cherry wood and finished with linseed oil, which is certified for contact with food according to EC Regulation 1935/2004. The wooden stick, made from European beech, is treated with the same linseed oil.
Both sides have patterns, the front has concentric circles and a coarse ribbed pattern, the back has a nubby pattern and a fine ribbed pattern.
Care instructions: Simply allow any dough residue on the board to dry and tap it off before reuse. Not dishwasher safe.
